The goal of WholeHealthZone is to work with clients to achieve their personal health wellness and fitness goals through training, and nutrition coaching. 
WholeHealthZone also seeks to explore those areas throughout our lives and communities that impact the overall health and wellness of the individual and the broader community,

Group & Personal Training

In addition to group fitness classes and cardiovascular exercises, strength and endurance training is a critical piece of the overall wellness puzzle. 
Strength training preserves muscle mass and bone density which helps to prevent osteoporosis and improves overall mobility. 
Strength training can stimulate your metabolism which burns more calories and assists in weight loss and weight maintenance. 

Pat offers group and personal training as part of the team at Studio G Fitness* in Indianapolis.  
Pat can also work with you to design a program that meets your goals

Pat is available to work with you virtually and can tailor programs as necessary.

Nutrition Coaching

Pat is NASM certified in Fitness Nutrition. 
She is also Certified in Nutrition Coaching and Exercise Nutrition from Precision Nutrition. 

Pat has provided weight-loss counseling and motivation for several years; including motivation around consistency and food choices.

Pat is interested in helping clients explore the behavior modification that needs to take place to achieve a lasting approach to health and fitness.
