Service Description

Strength training is important to preserve muscle mass, bone density and mobility. These 60 or 30 minute sessions in group setting will familiarize you with using body weight, dumbbells and floorwork to build and tone muscles and strengthen your body. Sessions are held at Studio G Fitness Virtual. Pat is also available to provide small group sessions for your social groups, clubs or teams.
